Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics (www.rodeodental.com) is looking to add a Front Desk Smile Maker to support the Valley offices. While this opportunity has the specific location listed, if this is a traveling position please know the location can be in any one of the other coordinating locations since this will be an opportunity where the incumbent will be constantly traveling between offices. Do you have a natural ability to make people smile and feel good? Front Desk Smile Maker Career Opportunity: 

The Front Desk Smile Maker is a key member and contributor in creating an amazing, one-of-a-kind Patient Experience. Successful candidates will work at the Front Desk and in our world-class lobbies engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients. Are you hungry to learn new things? Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage and entertain our patients
    • Educate our patients and surrounding community
    • Verify insurance eligibility
    • Create insurance claims
    • Gather patient health history
    • Schedule appointments
    • Obtain pre-authorizations for treatment
    • Be a team player!
    • Performs all other duties as assigned; and, ability to communicate clearly with team and doctors – This is KEY!

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous dental experience is preferred but not a must! 
  • Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
